How do I buy timber on the platform?
Browse products and suppliers, or send a request for quotation describing what you need. Suppliers respond with quotations that you can compare, and you agree the terms directly with the supplier you choose. Cameroon Timber Hub does not process payments for orders or hold funds.

How are suppliers verified?
We review the documents that timber companies submit, such as business registrations, export permits, phytosanitary certificates and legality evidence, and issue a verification badge to companies whose submissions meet our review criteria. A badge shows its issue date and its valid-until date. It means we reviewed the documents and found them consistent with the stated credentials at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of the company's products, financial standing or future conduct, so buyers should always carry out their own final due diligence.

What does it cost?
Plans for buyers, suppliers, dealers, exporters and other users are listed on the pricing page, with the price and what each plan includes. Domestic plans are priced in XAF, and export and international plans in USD. Verification fees pay for a review process: approval is not guaranteed and depends on the evidence provided.
